Eremos offers individuals an opportunity to rest, pray, reflect, share and experience peace. Within Eremos the silence is healing and the sharing is respectful and reflective as attention is turned toward the presence of God.

Eremos is contemplative. It honors the movement within each person to be lovingly attentive to God whose love is attentive to each of us.

Sensitive to the spiritual longing within people, Eremos provides opportunities for spiritual growth through prayer retreats, educational workshops and spiritual direction.

Eremos provides a physical space within the city where individuals can step out of the busyness of life and commune with the Source of life in an atmosphere of silence and solitude.

Responding to a need for community, Eremos invites persons to gather and share prayer, gifts, interests and talents with each other in a supportive environment.

Eremos honors all persons without regard to one’s ability to pay or their religious affiliation.
