Poetry of the Season: Fall
September 14 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm CDT

Poetry is not only dream and vision; it is the skeleton architecture of our lives. It lays the foundations for a future of change, a bridge across our fears of what has never been before. –Audre Lorde
Immerse Yourself in the Wisdom of Poetry of the Season
and Pen the Words Your Soul Longs to Share at this Time.
A Quarterly Gathering that invites poetry to help us connect more fully to the seasons. How can poetry help us attend to and articulate our experience of each season and the concerns of the time? Drop below the surface of events to listen for personal meaning and feeling.
Join one of our passionate-about-poetry experienced facilitators each season to nourish your soul. Each session will include poetry and wisdom attuned for what is alive in our community and that offer insight or an invitation into the season. Our time together includes silence, reading poetry, personal reflection, and invitations to write and share.
Poetry in community gives us the opportunity to reconnect with our authentic selves, to be witnessed by others, and to bear witness for others. No prior experience reading or writing poetry is required. Sharing your thoughts and writing is always by invitation.

Come join us for this respite for the spirit, food for the soul, gift for the heart that time immersed in poetry can bring!
